Dear Council Members,

I was earlier associated with Valley Iron & Steel Co. Limited (VISCO) as Company Secretary. I have got a better carreer opportunity with other organisation hence i resigned fromVISCO. I have already served required notice period of VISCO however VISCO is not relieving me from my services & not providing experience certificate & Relieving Letter which is mandatorily required to join my new organisation. I hae requested VISCO so many times but there is no positive response from VISCO.  The senior management including CFO, CMD are well informed of this matter & they said your relieving letter will be signed after one months & when after end of one months CFO & CMD claimed to each other that for signing the relieving letter but till date pending for approval, Kindly guide me on priority basis, as what willI do as my new organisation itimated me till 15th day of July & after that they will not consider my appointment.
