I have few queries with regard to acceptance of deposits under Section 73 of the Companies Act,2013

1. Is it mandatory to obtain Credit rating for renewal of deposits? If yes, from where can they obtain? The company is a unlisted public company having paid up of Rs. 1.46 crores. The company is proposing to renew the unsecured deposit

2. Is it mandatory to make Deposit Insurance for the unsecured deposit while renewing it? If Yes, from where can they obtain the same.The company is a unlisted public company having paid up of Rs. 1.46 crores. The company is proposing to renew the unsecured deposit
