My query is -Is it mandatory to write and maintain records of Resolutions and Minutes of Minutes in English Language only?. Now a days people are preferring to form a Private Limited Company instead of Partnership Firms. But the problem is that sometimes the Members of Pvt Ltd Company don't know the English because they are not qualified. In such case what is the alternative and what about e-filing of documents. 

Can any body throw light on this issue.
