Dear Sirs,

Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013 has prescribed Secretarial Audit for bigger companies by a Company Secretary in Practice. As this is a new area of practice, it would be appreciated if the Institute gives certain guidelines about the scope of such audit and the recommended fees to be charged for the same.
