Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to suggest that amend the training programme in consultation with MCA for the fallowing. There should be a Compliance audit, and it is permitted by the ROC on any company in any time which it deems fit. Students who have completed their prescribed training to be allowed to conduct the said audit. So that Corporate governance will build effectively, and our profession will be developed and recognized by all sectors. Students will learn enough knowledge and gain experience. Corporate world will get to know the importance of our profession etc. Thank you.
