JUNE 2015 EXAM COMPANY LAW . Which act is applicable.

I would like to know that , Is the companies act 2013 applicable in June 2015 executive examination ? the sections described in the new
study material are from 1956 act. so which one we have to study ?

The module which you have is not updated one so you need to refer any other book also . In exam old and new they can ask . .

For June'2015 Companies Act 2013 is applicable. For new book collect you can contact your nearest chapter....

For June 2015 Companies Act 2013 is applicable and for new book please contact your nearest chapter and purchase it @ 200/- along with supplements available for approximately Rs.200/- (Supplements includes others subjects effected from Company Act 2013)
