I am attempting CS Foundation Examination in December 2015. While submitting my form I had opted for CSJ option and made payment of rs 500/- . According to which I had expected CS journals to be delivered along with my study material. But, I didn't receive any. So, my query is, are those journals delivered or we get them in the form of e-bulletins ?

You have to be lucky enough to get these journals delivered at your address.
I have been that lucky only once in last 3 years & I am the only one in my friend circle who got that much of luck.
