switchover from new to old syllabus 

I am a student of professional old syllabus and as per notification of compulsory switchover from ICSI, I had switched to new one and then after submitted FORM RSW1 on 4th September 2015 for switchover from new to old syllabus but still their is no status change in my account. My account status displays as Professional New Syllabus, so what should i do for the same???

i am also a professional programme student and submitted my request for change from new syllabus to old syllabus as on 04.09.15 but still no change was done by ICSI in my account.

Kindly suggest what i will do, all the formalties are already done for switchover.
