Dear Sir/ Madam,

I applied for December 2015 exams and failed to attempt due to flood situation. I received a mail saying for students who could not appear in December 2015 exams due to flood can send a request in format suggested by ICSI team for appearing in june 2016 exams. Same has been sent and am waiting for their response. As today is the last day for submission of exam form for june 2016 exam , i request you to help on my request.
