I have registered for the  CS foundation course on 26.03.2016 and uploaded my documents on the same date.Also i have downloaded my id Card and registration letter but I am yet to recieve the study material.

Don't worry friend. It takes a month or two while receiving the study material. Even in my case, it took around more than 3months. So, it is not an issue.
