Change from old syllabus to new syllabus

Hi, I have cleared executive program group 2 in old syllabus. last attempt for executive old syllabus is got over with last december. but, i dint yet clear group 1. Now have to change to new syllabus. is there any chance i get any exemption in new syllabus since i have cleared group 2 already. Note: i dint get above 60 in any subject. awaiting for your response, Thank you.

Same issue, please assist. Even i have cleared group 2 and group 1 is pending. What needs to be done?

You will only get 2 paper exemption in new syllabus, remaining 5 papers need to attempt. You will not get any exemption in ELL.

Thanks for Clarification. I have cleared 1st Module, I have scored 66 Marks in General and Commercial Law, in this case will I get exemption for Economic and Commercial Law and also for two subjects (CAMA and TLP) ?

Please help.

You will not get exemption in General & Commercial Law even though u scored 66 marks. Because for getting exemption in GCL u needed 60 or more marks in General & Commercial Law in module 1 and also 60 or more marks in Economics and labour laws in Module 2. Since u have not scored 60 marks in Economic and labour laws in module 2 u will only get only 2 papers exemption for passing module 1.
