I m student of professional old syllabus and as per notification of compulsory switchover, I switched to new one and then after submitted FORM RSW1 on 4th Sep, 2015 for switchover from new to old syllabus, but still their is no status change in my account. my account status displays as professional new syllabus so what should i do for the same.

As per Icsi Website I sent an email on switchover@icsi.edu

But I got following reply from D D Garg <DD.Garg@icsi.edu>

Institute has switched over to the following mechanisms of communication effective from 1^stMay 2015 for bringing in efficiency in services.  Hence, you are hereby requested to submit your queries either through Grievance Redressal Portal OR  Call Centre OR CS Touch Mobile apps only instead of submitting the same through any other mode like E-mail.

 

Kindly Let me know whether My Form for swichover will be processed or not
