Whether Wind Mill Project is included in CSR Activities as per Schedule VII of Companies Rules & Companies Act; windmill is considered in CSR Activities?
Dear sir,
Keeping in mind the activities mentioned under sch VII (x) , if the windmill is contributing to any rural development then it may be considered as contribution to CSR activities.
