You can get soft copy of the study materials of old as well as the new syllabus from the below mentioned link.

Please note that this study materials are not updated for Dec'2016 exams (i.e., upto the month of June/July). They are updated only upto the month of January'2016 which means that they are applicable for June'2016 exams. Please keep checking the above link for the updated material for Dec'2016 exams (most probably it will get updated in the month of August).
