My self Mahendrakumar R Ghanchi i regestered for CS Executive on  29/08/2016 and i uploaded the required document.On 06/09/2016 i checked my status on its showing pending (Reason :reupload the clear photo and sign ) based on that i uploaded the clear photo and sign

On 21/09/2016 i received a mail from institute that your registeration is pending and for reason check your status . In my status its showing the same reason to upload the clear photo and sign which i was already uploaded on 06/09/2016 and the option is also not showing for uploading the doucument.

Kindly help in this regard
