I had done my registration on 28 February,2014 for Professional Examination but after the payment being done i did not receive any receipt.After sending a mail my fees has been refunded and I am not registered. And its been one month that I am trying to communicate with the Authorities but am getting no good response.

Please help me out as it was no fault on my part regarding the payment.
