I have applied for modified training structure of 1 year duration. my training has been commenced from 24-03-2015 in a company. i have submitted only one form of opting for modified training along with marksheets & appointment letter. What else am I required to confirm the training in ICSI records? Am I required to file form ST 10? Your early assistance shall highly be appreciated.
