Transaction successful from ICSI - not generating receipt 

Hi,

While I was registering for the Executive program, I got transaction successful mail from ICSI with SUCCESS status and Id. 

But now when i want to generate the receipt from site after 24 hours, It says " You do not have access to this payment. ", even if I have logged in properly with same user for which mail had come.

Does anyone know about this issue ?? 

Please Help.
