I have sent email to dss@icsi.edu/ provisional@icsi.edu  on 15-March-2014  attached with  degree final year passing certificate. Still my  CS Executive status is in provisional stage. I have to fill my exam form for June 2014 session, last mentioned date is 25-March-2013
