By mistake i uploaded my only last semester mark sheet and now the system is not taking the another documents what i need to upload. please tell me how i can remove my uploaded last semester mark sheet because it is not taking the zip file of my all documents. 

i call the customer helpline no. but they didn't reply the call.

please help me with it.
