Dear Sir or Madam

My registration is pending reupload of an alternative proof of DOB.  I have the required document even though I uploaded a scan of my original Birth Certificate which seems to have not been accepted.  How are we required to reupload the document as there is no option to reupload or replace an uploaded document?  Please urgently guide me on this matter.

Note to other CS student colleagues - if anyone of you has received a solution to this problem, would you please post the solution on this board or send it to my email address please.
