I just received the study material which was dispatched to me on 04-10-2013 by Express parcel post bearing parcel no. 045/51336. The package was completely torn,all books are soiled (dirty with mud), Book for Paper 4 (Fundamentals of Accounting and Auditing) is completely wet and torn.It is unusable. There was no protection from the rain or from transit shocks...the rope with which the books were tied together has cut into the books , tearing them from the top and bottom. Please resolve this asap. Send me replacements if possible. I repeat Book for paper 4 is completely WET and TORN.
