This is to inform you that I Ravi Kumar Dhaker student of ICSI having registration no. 221391697/02/2012 had applied for switch over to new syllabus according to the earlier notification issued for old syllabus students. As now the Institute has issued new notification as on 03.09.2015 for two more attempts in old syllabus, which I appreciate is a good decision in the interest of student’s future. So I want to take my application back so that I can be eligible for applying in old syllabus.

Kindly accept my request and do the needful.

Dear Sir,

As per the new circular of compulsory switch over from Old  Syllabus to New Syllabus for Professional Programme, I Mr. Horatio Rodrigues, Registration Number: 421373961/08/2012 underwent switch over dated 28 August,2015, but as I have seen that the ICSI has issued a circular dated 3rd September,2015 that the old syllabus has been given 2 more attempt to appear in old syllabus.

I want to attempt in Old Syllabus and with no mistake of mine I have to unnecessarily give attempt in new syllabus. I humbly request you to kindly provide me with the way out for the same.

Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
