I am Abhishek Gadia, from surat registered under professional OLD Syllabus and i need to fill my examination form but there some probelum in site when i tried to fill the examination form from the student login portal it showing error

and the last date for filing the form is 25th september So Please see in the matter and solve it as soon as possible.
