I got my membership number on 2nd November, 2015. Currently I am not working. Kindly update me on the requirements of PCH Hours and whether the same will be applicable even when I am not working. 

Further, if I am to be appointed as C.S in a company, on 1st January, 2016, How many PCH Hours do i need to complete before the end of the year? Also, the Block of 3 years ends on 31st March, 2017, so till then how many hours should be completed?
