Dear All,

Whether the date of signing of Standalone FS and Consolidated FS by Board, can be different.

Section 134 of the Companies Act, 2013 says that FS including CFS to be approved by Board before signing.

So one can have two Board Meetings for approving the Standalone and Consolidated FS.

Is that possible?
