Name Change
I am unable to register my digital signature as error is being displayed that personal details do not correspond with Institute records. Actually my name in ICSI records is Sangita Joshi & as per Incometax records is Sangita Kaushik Joshi. Pl. advise how to add middle name in ICSI records as I tried but was unsuccessful to do the same online.

Dear mam,
In this case Institute can help, you may contact the icsi respective person for this i have done it for a chartered accountant by help of ICAI
