i beg to say that my CS foundation attemt exam is in next month i.e june but unfourtunately i forgot to submit my examination form.thata why i'll not clear my june attempt.But i want to give exam.kindly grant me to submit my examination form.please if any option is come to in my case plz send me msg.that i can submit the form or not.
