Regarding Industrial labour and labour laws amendment applicable for dec.14 exams

The Sample question paper provided by you at the end of the module numbered 1st, 4th, 7th etc. are not covered in module and moreover the pf rates shown by various authors is 12% whereas it is shown as 10% in Module. So please can you provide with amendments applicable for Dec. 14 exams.

EPF Limit increased to Rs. 15000 from Rs. 6500 wef 01.09.2014

Vide notification dated 22.08.2014 Ministry of Labour and Employment has increased Employee Provident Fund (EPF) Limit to Rs. 15000 from existing Rs. 6500 wef 01.09.2014.

The Provident Fund (PF) contribution is 12% ofPF Wages from both employee and employer.
